📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and fuel consumption.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related documentation and records.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and fleet staff.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
