📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with sales transactions and provide product information.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.,Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.,Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
