Answering customer inquiries via phone and email,Processing and confirming customer orders,Providing information about our products and services,Resolving customer complaints and issues,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction,Assisting in the organization and management of the telemarketing team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken
