📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visiting retail outlets to understand customer needs and present our products effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.
• Submitting regular sales reports and updating the sales team on customer interactions.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales planning and strategy.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including compliance with sales regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or distribution sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
