📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire sample lifecycle, from collection to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and storage using LIMS.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate sample processing.
• Maintain and update sample records and inventories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample management.
• Provide administrative support to the laboratory team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sample data.
• Collaborate with the laboratory director and management team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory sample administration or a related role.
• Proven experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) such as LabArchives, Elios, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the laboratory industry.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
