Network & NEQ Development Executive

PT Suracojaya Abadimotor is looking for a passionate Network & NEQ Development Executive to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our Yamaha network across Makassar and the surrounding regions. Daily, you'll engage with dealers, service centers, and customers to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.

With a strong background in business development and a proven track record in the automotive industry, you'll leverage your expertise in NEQ (Network Expansion & Quality) to ensure our network remains robust and competitive. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the Yamaha network in Makassar and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, service centers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement targeted initiatives.
• Monitor and improve network performance metrics, such as sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive network expansion and customer engagement.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on network performance and growth initiatives.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and network expansion targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Yamaha brand and its products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
