📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze civil service talent data using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of civil servants.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to civil servants to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with various government departments to align talent management strategies with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports on talent management activities and outcomes.
• Participate in workshops and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in civil service talent management.
• Provide advisory services to government departments on talent-related issues and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing civil service talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil service talent management or a related role.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Certification in civil service talent management or a related field is a plus.
