Urban Space Group is looking for an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team in Makassar. As an Assistant Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and receiving.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.,Work with the warehouse team to ensure that products are stored and organized correctly.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.,Work with the sales team to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer needs.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.,Assist in the training of new staff on inventory management.,Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Good knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
