📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food quality control.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and improvements.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
