You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of high-profile infrastructure projects in Bali, including roads, bridges, and public facilities.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate construction teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Resolve construction issues and conflicts, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure all construction activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices in Bali.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
