📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
