Spot Central Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Learning and Development team in delivering high-quality training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong background in HR or related fields.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design and delivery of training programs.,Support the development and implementation of learning materials.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the Learning Management System.,Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Assist in the development of learning and development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or related fields.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
