Sentral Zahra Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ambon. We are a well-established dental clinic with a strong reputation in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing our employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the clinic.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Familiarity with dental industry would be an advantage.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must.
