As a Junior Accounting & Tax Specialist at Private Advertiser, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and assisting in tax filings. You'll use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP to streamline accounting processes and ensure data integrity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support tax compliance activities, including tax filings, calculations, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed, including reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
