In this role, you will be responsible for managing junior accountants, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support in financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
