📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including baking, decorating, and packaging.,Develop and implement pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to integrate pastry items into main dishes and desserts.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Maintain a clean and organized pastry department, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Possession of a valid food handler's license and any relevant certifications.
