Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio performance, including asset valuation, risk assessment, and investment strategy evaluation.,Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio returns and mitigate risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with investment objectives and market trends.,Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Monitor market conditions and economic indicators to identify opportunities and threats for the portfolio.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including asset managers, service providers, and regulatory bodies.,Participate in the development and execution of investment strategies for the Real Assets portfolio.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to portfolio management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of real estate and infrastructure investment principles and market dynamics.,Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proven track record of achieving performance targets and driving investment success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
