📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
