📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the quality assurance process for digital projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.,Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough and effective testing.,Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve testing processes.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, helping to improve product quality and user experience.,Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure that quality is integrated into the development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on digital projects.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.,Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.,Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.,Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries such as JUnit, TestNG, or pytest.,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
