As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop and execute menus, train our kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing menus.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.

Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.

Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.

Participate in daily kitchen operations and special events.

Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and cooking techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proven track record of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
