📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Maintain and update vendor master files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Provide training and support to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
