📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks infused with palm oil, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Promote eco-friendly practices and the benefits of palm oil-infused beverages to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of sustainable practices and the benefits of palm oil.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work part-time hours.
• Enthusiasm for promoting eco-friendly practices and innovative coffee beverages.
