📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate 360, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Create interactive learning experiences that enhance user engagement and knowledge retention.
• Develop and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IBM’s eLearning methodologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in eLearning or instructional design is a plus.
