🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner ecosystems.,Strong understanding of financial services and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Stripe's products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze partner performance.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of a team.,Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
